Where am I able to use Wild Yam Root Cream?

Our wild yam root cream is designed to be applied externally on a soft tissue, such as wrist, chest, inner thigh, or abdomen. You can also apply a small amount of cream on your face.

How much Wild Yam Root Cream do I use?

For PMS: apply ½ to 1 teaspoon of cream to a soft tissue area of the body (wrist, chest,  inner thigh, or abdomen) once daily from ovulation through the end of menstruation. 

For Menopause: apply ½ to 1 teaspoon of cream to a soft tissue area of the body (wrist, chest, inner thigh, or abdomen) once or twice daily, while monitoring symptoms.

For maximum absorption, always rotate application sites weekly.

How often should I use Wild Yam Root Cream?

Daily use is recommended for best results

What if I miss a day?

There are no side effects if an application is missed. 

Can my teenage daughter use the wild yam root cream to help relieve menstrual cramps?

Yes.

Can men use Wild Yam Root Cream?

Yes, men can use a ¼ teaspoon of wild yam root cream daily . 

Can I use the Wild Yam Root Cream if I’m pregnant, or breastfeeding?

How long will a jar last?

A 2 oz jar contains 12-24 applications and should last one cycle. A 4 oz jar contains 24-48 applications and should last two cycles.

We use the entire wild yam root as well as *wild yam root extract ( *Made in house).

What type of wild yam root is used?

Our wild yam root cream uses the Dioscorea Villosa yam root. The wild yam root we use is grown and harvested in the US and is USDA certified organic, Non-GMO, and Kosher.

How soon will I feel the effects?

Each individual will experience different results and effects on different timelines. We recommend consistent use over time for best results.

Is the Wild Yam Root Cream scented?

No, but there is a subtle natural, earthy scent from the botanicals used.

What is the best way to store my Wild Yam Root Cream?

Our wild yam root cream should be stored in a cool dry place, with the cap on tight. It should not be stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
