We aim to use recycable, reusable, or biodegradable packaging whenever possible. Most of our products are packaged in glass jars & protective boxes. Our glass jars, protective boxes and tins are eco-friendly and can be recycled.  

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders ship USPS Ground advantage. We offer Free USPS, Priority mail on orders over $150.00.   

Customer satisfaction matters to us. To return a purchase, please email our customer service with your specific request within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Refund for items returned within 14 days of purchase will be credited in the same form as the original payment. A $9.00 return fee will be deducted from the refund.
