Directions

Use consistently and give it time.

For PMS: apply 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of cream to a soft tissue area of the body (inner thigh or abdomen) once daily from ovulation through menstruation. For maximum absorption, always rotate application sites.

For Menopause: apply 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of cream to a soft tissue area of the body (inner thigh or abdomen) once or twice daily, monitoring menopausal symptoms. For maximum absorption, always rotate application sites.

One 2 oz. jar contains 12-24 applications. One 4 oz. jar contains 24-48 applications.

For Men: apply 1/4 teaspoon to a soft tissue area of the body once or twice daily. For maximum absorption, always rotate application sites
